Where can I get pre cut copper tube or whats the best way to cut it my myself? - lovely pre teens

I need small pieces of about 8 mm copper tube for the manufacture of jewelry and with a saw takes years, and not very accurate. I have also tried one of these things adjustable pipe cutter that takes beautiful spiral around the tube, but not cut straight!
It would be great if anyone knows where I can get cut from a copper pipe to length, or if there a better way to my car?
